Once you place the order and make the payment, we proceed to dispatch your product in around 24 hours. It generally takes 3 to 5 business days for the product to reach your destination. We have tied up with Australia Post eParcel Service for order delivery which come with transit insurance. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the product is dispatched.
We have chosen Express shipping to ensure prompt delivery and 90% of the times, the shipment reaches the destination within 24 hours. There may be several external factors beyond our reach when the product is in transit due to which there may be a delay in the delivery of your product. Australia Hoverboard and our delivery partner Australia Post give no guarantee of same day or following day delivery.
